Delivery, returns & help
UK delivery
Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days after payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
We currently accept UK delivery addresses. Delivery is charged per bundle where applicable; the full amount is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay. Bundles marked “Free delivery” have no delivery charge.
Enter your complete delivery address and contact details on Stripe’s secure checkout page. If an order is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us with your order reference so we can help.
What is in a mixed bundle?
Unless a listing says otherwise, clothing and footwear are pre-owned. The weight, condition grade and price are shown on each listing. Photos are representative; brands, sizes, colours, styles and item counts vary. Particular brands and individual garments are not guaranteed.
Returns and cancellations
We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind returns for purchases made for business purposes, including resale. This does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If you purchase as a consumer, your statutory rights still apply. For most online goods orders, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Contact us for return instructions. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are handled in accordance with applicable rights; our business change-of-mind policy does not override these.

Weekly boxes
When available, weekly subscriptions charge the price agreed at checkout immediately and then once each week. Each successful regular payment covers a new mixed box. Contents vary, and changing a shop listing does not change the price of an existing subscription.
New subscriptions are currently unavailable. Subscription management is being set up.
Track an order or message us
Open your customer account to see your order history, find parcel tracking references and send us a private message. Use the email address from checkout so previous orders can be matched after verification. Replies appear in your account inbox.
